From concept massing to client-ready visuals

Early design communication works best when images and diagrams arrive in the right order.

A useful sequence

  1. Start with massing and proportion studies.
  2. Test circulation, light, and openings.
  3. Define a reduced material palette.
  4. Build two or three visuals that clarify the spatial intent.

Why sequence matters

If rendering begins too early, the image can hide unresolved architectural decisions. If it begins too late, the client may struggle to read the proposal with confidence.

What visuals should do

  • Confirm the design direction
  • Reduce ambiguity around scale
  • Make atmosphere discussable

Strong visuals are not decoration added at the end. They are part of how a project becomes understandable.

That is the role I want the journal section of this portfolio to support.
